My Story

In early 2018, I started a small business packaging and selling wildcrafted, artisinal teas. The demand for teas in my small town of Ennis was soon more than my small home kitchen could support and I found myself looking for a retail space.

Thats when Kalena's Sandwiches, Tea, and Coffee was born! In the middle of 2020, right as the pandemic was sweeping the world, I took the big leap and opened my doors. With the amazing support of my community here in Ennis, I was able to make it through my first year and then it was off to the races! I wanted to offer sandwiches that only a Mom could make. Cold sandwiches filled tall with big stacks of thin sliced meats provided and the freshest veggies. Hot Paninis fresh off the grill and covered in delicious melting cheese. I committed myself to only carrying quality ingredients, offering the highest quality Boars Head meats, rich and delicious cheeses, and fresh cut veggies. All assembled with attention to detail and a deep desire to truly feed people and plenty of LOVE.
